Step 1: Customer inquiry and initial evaluation
- Submits a request form on LG.com
- LG reviews the request for financial type (loan or lease)
- LG connects them with a qualified reseller and an appropriate finance partner. (Will use end customer's Reseller if applicable)
Step 2: Solution design and finance proposal
- Reseller designs solution and provides a detailed quote to end customer
- Reseller submits final quote to finance partner
- Finance partner collaborates with the reseller to develop a tailored finance proposal
- LG provides product specifications, warranty details, and Connected Care options to be included in the finance package
- Reseller presents both CapEx and OpEx models to the end customer
Step 3: Financing and project execution
- The end customer selects the preferred finance model—Lease or Loan.
- The finance partner finalizes and signs a master finance agreement with the end customer.
- The reseller proceeds with installation and project delivery.
- Upon completion, the finance partner pays the full project amount directly to the reseller. End customer starts the payment to the finance partner.
Step 4: Post-installation support
- The reseller provides ongoing service and maintenance according to the agreement.
- LG ensures warranty and ConnectedCareTM coverage remain active.
- LG and the reseller maintain communication with the end customer to ensure ongoing satisfaction and service quality.
Step 5: Lease-end options (for lease model only)
- As the lease term approaches completion, the reseller and leasing partner engage the end customer to discuss available options: Buyout, Refresh, or Extension
- LG, the reseller, and the leasing partner collaborate to support the customer’s chosen path
